Email me at cadence@hotmesscounseling.com to get the conversation rolling (ask any questions in writing or set up a time to talk that isn’t available in my calendar).
2. Complete a brief questionnaire.

Once you schedule a consultation call I will send you a link to securely complete a very brief questionnaire. This will help me learn a bit more about you and what you're looking for so we can make the most of our 15 min call.
3. Fill out the intake paperwork.

Once we decide to work together I will send you a link to complete the initial paperwork. You will receive an email link to log in to the secure portal where you can read, sign, and fill out what is needed for us to get started.
4. Schedule your first appointment (intake).

This can be done by phone with me or just be clicking any of the buttons on this site to find a time that works for you. Be sure to choose online appointment if you are located in Massachusetts or Arizona!
4. Come in or log on for your first appointment!

You’ll want to be sure to have a private space where you can be uninterrupted for 60 min for our first appointment if you’re online. If you’re coming in person I’ll provide you some details about that before our first meeting as well.
